Stephane Usseglio Description
Perfect introduction to the estate's red wines. A wine with a deep ruby color and a beautiful shine. The nose is fresh with aromas of sour cherry and wild berries such as blueberry and blackberry accompanied by spices and garrigue. The mouth is velvety and balanced, with a finish on supple tannins.
A blend of Grenache Noir 60%, Syrah 10%, Mourvèdre 10%, Clairette Blanche 10%, Caladoc 5%, diversity of white grape varieties 5%.

The cornucopia of black and red-berry aromas is both joyful and subtle. Although this is a rich and generous red, it is also delicately spicy. Remarkable depth and balance for this category. Very clean finish. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification.
