We are open Monday-Wednesday from 9am-9pm, Thursday-Saturday from 9am-10pm and Sunday from 9am-7pm. Curbside pickup orders are open daily from 10am-6:30pm.
Our Shipping Information |
We currently offer shipping orders to New Jersey and other states where allowed by law. Most orders are processed within 24 hours of placement of the order. Orders usually ship within 1 to 3 business days and depending on your location, the shipment can then takes an additional 1-5 business days in transit. If there will be a delay longer than that, we will let you know immediately via email. We currently use FedEx as our carrier for all shipping orders.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the time the order is placed. If you would like to know the shipping cost to a particular area, please select your items and enter your zip code in the shopping cart. Prices of our wines do not include shipping/handling charges, which vary depending on destination, number of bottles ordered and choice of delivery options. Insurance is included in the shipping cost on orders over $250.
The Signature of an adult over the age of 21 is required on all shipments. If no one will be home to accept the delivery, please contact FedEx (1-800-GO-FEDEX) immediately to make alternate arrangements. We are unable to fulfill any special requests to deliver during a certain time window. After three unsuccessful attempts the package will be returned to us. We will then contact you to reship your order, but additional shipping fees will apply (original shipping charges are also nonrefundable). Your best alternative is to ship to a business where someone will be available to sign during business hours or have the package shipped to a friend or neighbor who you know can be home to sign for the package. We do not ship to PO boxes.
The purchaser of any alcoholic beverages from this site is representing that he or she is acting in compliance with his or her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of alcoholic beverages. The purchaser represents that he or she is 21 years old or older and has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of alcoholic beverages, and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered. Title to the wine you order passes to you as soon as it leaves our doors; it is up to you to know the relevant laws in your state.
During extreme weather conditions we may hold, or you may request to have your wines held in our temperature controlled warehouse at no additional charge. We will try to monitor the national weather prior to shipping but it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to request a later ship date if the weather is not safe for shipping. Wine that is spoiled in transit due to weather is not the responsibility of Joe Canal’s of Lawrenceville unless such a request was made and overlooked.
