Domaine Lumian & Bonnefoy Description
A blend of 90% Grenache & 10% Syrah. Deep purple color with nice ruby reflections. An expressive nose of red fruits such as blackcurrant or very ripe cherry. The mouth is harmonious, dominated by finesse and elegance. Serve with red meats, coq au vin, or a plate of mature cheeses.
Visan is a part of Vaucluse that became papal land in 1344, isolated in the middle of the Drôme Provençale, called l'Enclave des Papes. The vineyard is classified Côtes du Rhône Villages communal since 1966.
