Gorgeous pale gold in color with silver highlights, this remarkable Sancerre boasts subtle aromas of citrus fruits and white flowers along with delicate mineral notes The palate is very fruity and full bodied and shows remarkable balance. The lasting finish features great finesse and remarkably powerful aromas and flavor, which will delight wine connoisseurs. Excellent with cheese, especially nutty-flavored aged cheese. Pairs well with poultry, seafood, such as grilled trout, salmon, and shrimp, or with mixed salad with olive oil and chevre.
