Smells amazing - gorgeous honeyed caramel, Muscat rose, lychee, white chocolate and orange zest. Beautiful weight on the palate, clean and crisp, unctuous but mouthwatering with only a hint of sweetness alongside the zestiness, minerality and bitterness. If you don't want your sweet wine too sweet this is the one for you. Precise and totally satisfying with a lovely weight and persistence. This is a great connecting wine between the grand vin and the dry white - something for everyone in this range.

The 2020 Lions de Suduiraut is a gorgeous, approachable Sauternes that emphasizes bright, floral accents. Tangerine oil, almond, dried flowers, light honeyed notes and apricot all grace this airy, wonderfully nuanced Sauternes. The 2020 is 90% Sémillon and 10% Sauvignon Blanc. This is simply impeccable.
