Vincognita Description
This full-bodied Cabernet has big notes of red berries, currant and black berries on the nose. Drier dark fruits shine on the palate with smooth tannins and a long finish. Perfect with a veal dish with roasted vegetables.
Made from cool climate grapes in South Eastern Australia, a location where elevated sites with superb soil nestle amongst the rolling hills and hidden valleys. Deep sandy soil with limestone beneath is present for growing low-yield premium wine grapes. The vast expanse of ocean nearby strongly influences the Mediterranean climate, offering natural protection from excessive heat and resulting in an ideal growing season - cool and long.
