Pinot Project Description
The Pinot Project Pinot Grigio is harvested from the prestigious growing region of Veneto, Italy. After the grapes are crushed and skins are removed, the grape must settles and temperature controlled fermentation occurs in stainless steel. The wine is completely unoaked to maintain freshness. After being bottled, it rests for five months before release.
Pale yellow in color with tinges of legume green. On the nose, pleasant aromas of white flowers, apricots, and pears. A pleasant and crisp wine with balanced acidity and good structure. Fresh, zippy, and persistent on the palate and finishes seamlessly.
