La Cuvee Rose was created in 1968 from the boldness and know-how of the House of Laurent-Perrier. Perfected at each stage of its making, Cuvee Rose is acknowledged for its consistency and its high quality. It is characterized by its ripe red fruit aromas, a high intensity and great freshness.
Cuvee Rose Laurent-Perrier combines a vinous character with great freshness. It can be savored on its own, and also with many bold food and wine pairings. Tender and ethereal, its bouquet of freshly-picked berry fruits easily surprises, constituting a very pleasant appetiser. Served at a temperature of 8-10°C, it delivers up its rich aromas and pairs with many foods, from starters to dessert. It also goes wonderfully with foie gras canapes topped with red currants, or wafer-thin slivers of finest pata negra ham, and many other dishes, including marinated raw fish and braised guineafowl. It works perfectly at home too, with soft, creamy cheeses such as Chaource, Mussy-sur-Seine, and Langres, and with desserts such as a berry fruit salad. The more daring marry it with Asian or subcontinent cuisine.
Shows a linear line of crisp acidity and vivid fruit of dried strawberries and orange peel. Full-bodied, tight and focused with a bright finish. Fruity yet vivid. Commanding.
This dark-colored Champagne is made by skin maceration. It comes from premier cru vineyards, yielding a ripe, structured wine with hints of tannins as well as rich strawberry fruits. Acidity and freshness keep it all in order.
Delicate and subtly textured, with sweet cherry, ripe plum and raspberry fruit notes that are balanced by ending with a light smoky finish. Drink now. 7,000 cases imported.
