La Bastide Saint Dominique Description
Pale gold color with silver highlights, shiny and crystalline. Delicate nose of pear, anise, then white flowers such as hawthorn or lime blossom. A pure aromatic expression, an intense minerality and the presence of a subtle richness, offers a beautiful harmony which lasts on a final of an airy style. Long finish.
La Bastide Saint Dominique's Châteauneuf du Pape Blanc is estate grown and bottled, made of 33% Clairette Rose, 33% White Grenache, 33% Roussanne. Aged for 6 months in vats before blending and bottling.

A blend of 40% Clairette Rose, 40% Grenache Blanc and 20% Roussanne, the 2023 Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc from La Bastide Saint Dominique offers up aromas of lemon oil, blanched almonds and spices. Perfectly balanced with a ripe profile, it's full-bodied and enveloping, with good depth at the core and a long, spicy finish. Matured six months in stainless steel, it derived from vines planted on mixed soils (galets roulés, or pebbles, chalk and sand).
