Aromas of apple, guava, and stone. Vivid Meyer lemon and chamomile complement and brighten the apple and guava flavors on the rich palate.
"Mineral- and citrus-driven nose with fresh aromas of lime pith, orange blossoms and grapefruit rind. The palate is medium-bodied with high-tension acidity, showing notes of mandarins, jasmine and salt brine. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and then aged in old French oak barrels for six months.
Compact, concentrated and rather tightly wound, this attractive, light-bodied wine needs time to loosen up and offer more complexity. With minimal oak influence, it offers crisp apple and peach flavors, a refreshing mouthfeel and clean finish. Best from 2026.
