A racy, linear style, this red exhibits cherry, raspberry and oak spice flavors, welded to a steely structure. It tightens up even more on the finish, where a light astringency reigns. The most backward of the Suremain range, but the most likely to reward patience. Best from 2022 through 2033. 420 cases made, 60 cases imported.

This wine offers ripe and concentrated aromas of black cherry, rhubarb, rose and alluvial stone. The palate echoes this profile and is framed by soft tannins that accentuate its fruit concentration well through its long finish that ends with a gorgeous rose note.
