Champagne Lallier Description
Since 1906, Lallier is a craft manufacture of prestigious crus de Champagne. Our Blanc de Blancs is synonymous with exception. Exceptionally elegant because 100% of its grapes coming from the noble grape chardonnay and from Grands Crus vineyards only. Exceptionally rich because 60% comes from Aÿ, a terroir usually dominated by pinot noir, and the 40% remaining comes from renown plots of the Côte des Blancs (in Avize, Cramant and Oger). Also exceptional, thanks to its recognition by wine insiders.

Rich and creamy, featuring ripe apricot, pineapple and coconut notes, underscored by smoky minerality and accents of lemon meringue pie and pureed apple. Mouthwatering, with a lasting finish of toasted hazelnut.

From fruit grown in Avize and Aÿ, this pure Chardonnay is mineral textured while also full of ripe fruit. Ripe apples contrast with zingy acidity that gives a good lift at the end. This is a delicious wine to drink now.
