This Albariño is of a pale yellow colour with greenish reflections and fruity aromas reminding of peach; balanced with citric notes. It is fresh and mineral with a marked acidity and a long and rounded aftertaste in mouth. Its ripening time takes place between 3 to 6 months on fine lees in stainless-steel tanks. Excellent pairings for this wine are cod with cockles, citrus prawn salad, or traditional grilled seafood with warm mango salad and beans. It is delightfully well suited to Asian food, Peruvian ceviche, or a fresh tuna salad.
Pure stone fruit with green apples, nectarines and chalk on the nose, following through to a dry and crisp palate. A little light but quite drinkable with a saline undertone in the finish.
Overt, youthful with intense notes of peach, grapefruit, wild flowers. Sweet apple on the mid-palate that’s balanced by pungent citrus acids.
Aromas of gooseberry, finger lime and ginger lead off in this refined but refreshing white, with saline-laced grapefruit and Meyer lemon at the core, followed by a clean finish.
Aromas of lemon and honeydew shape the nose and repeat on the palate. This wine is light-bodied and has a refreshing acidity. The lemony finish is medium in length.
