Clove, nutmeg, vanilla are prevalent on the nose with an undertone of caramel apple. The higher proof gives the nose an added tingle. This is an oily/heavy-bodied bourbon with notes of brown sugar, oak, apricot, vanilla, and roasted nuts reminiscent of holidays at the farmer’s market. A medium length finish with oak and spice right in your face, followed by softer flavors and rounded out with a lingering spice.
