Whiskey Fairy 12-23 pick. Aged for 6 years in Warehouse E, Floor 1. A mash bill of 51% Rye, 45% Corn, 4% Malted Barley. 57.40% ABV
Plum, orange, oak, custard on the nose. Caramel, Vanilla, oak, farm fields and strong notes of spice on the mid palate. Finishes with vanilla bean, Crème Brulee, continuing spice, and a lingering heat. This is exactly what a Rye should be!
