Rites of Passage Description
Islay Blended Malt Scotch independently bottled by Epicurean Selection as part of the Rites of Passage Cask Selection Series. Distilled at an undisclosed Islay distillery on September 21st, 2005. Aged in a refill hogshead until 2017 when it was re-racked by Epicurean Selection in a first-fill Oloroso sherry hogshead. Bottled on September 22nd, 2022; Aged 17 years. 249 bottles produced in total. Bottled at cask strength with no added color. Non-chill filtered; 57.3% ABV
