Proof & Wood Description
Aged a minimum of 4 years (2 Congressional Terms). Small batch, approximately 20 barrels. Barrel entry 120 proof. Distilled at MPG in Indiana. Approx. 115 Proof. 75% Corn, 21% Rye, 4% Barley
Strong notes of vanilla, cherry and peach. Flavor is full of citrus and tobacco, finished with long sweet vanilla notes and spice.
