Fine VS, created using several vintages, is the freshest and fruitiest of the collection. What sets Fine VS apart is the continuous distillation in copper stills. This concentrates the apple flavour which is further accentuated by blending the fruitiest vintages and ageing them in century-old oak barrels.

Gentle, silky and lean, this is ideal to sip or mix. The rich scent suggests butterscotch, Sherry and dried apricot; the palate is a bit lighter, with pear, honey and butterscotch winding into a graceful, ginger-accented exit.
