New Riff Distilling Description
We like to think of our 100% Malted Rye Whiskey as a malt whiskey first, and a rye whiskey second. Given that malty identity, it seemed natural to give it a sherry cask finish, as often used for malt whiskeys around the world…The sherry cask element is forward and deeply pitched, yet beautifully leavened by the piquant grains, which burst into the finish like a sunrise.
