Our Whisky Creations Team has enriched this hearty Blair Ahtol spirit by filling it into a freshly emptied sweet PX Sherry cask, from Ximenez-Spinola, our partners in Jerez, Spain. This Classic Highland spirits has been nurtured for its final three years in a luscious Spanish oak cask, producing a hearty dram that elegantly displays the Art of Maturation. Fruit cake, chocolate, raisins on the nose. Creamy PX, prunes, mocha on the palate. Sweet oak spice, soft caramel on the finish.
