Caramel, wafer cookie, and a general toastiness are prevalent on the nose, with notes of oak, brown sugar and vanilla. This 100 proof Bourbon gives you a friendly “Kentucky hug” without being overpowering with dried grain, nutmeg, and a hint of anise on the palate with cherry cola, dried oranges and vanilla. The finish has strong oak and spice notes which fade to allow the fruity characteristics to come bouncing back in.
