Haiken Description
The flavor of lychee fruit is described in a few different ways, Some say it tastes like a cross between a strawberry and a pear. Others taste a blend of citrus and rose water or other floral notes owing to the fruit’s sweet, strong aroma.
There are two things Haiken will not compromise on: water and rice. The water flows from Mt. Kitsuragi and the rice is nurtured in Hyogo. This ensures that the vodka, no matter how innovative, always maintains the legacy and roots of its origin.
