GlenAllachie Description
US-exclusive single cask single malt Speyside Scotch whisky produced at The GlenAllachie in Aberlour, Scotland. Cask #446 is distilled from 100% malted barley. Aged 14 years in an ex-Oloroso hogshead; distilled September 7, 2009, and bottled in March11, 2024. A nose of toasted orange peel and heather honey underscored by black velvet cake continue onto a luscious but balanced palate, accompanied by dark chocolate and maraschino cherry. 327 bottles produced. No added coloring, Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 57.8% ABV.
