Basil Hayden Description
Toast is the latest permanent release from Basil Hayden consists of a mash bill which replaces traditional rye grain with brown rice for a hint of sweetness and a touch less spice. It undergoes secondary aging in barrels that have been exposed to a long, gentle heat before flash charring, giving it an increased depth of flavor grounded in vanilla and caramel.
