The latest from the limited Barrell Craft Spirits Cask Finish Series sees a selection of 6-to-14-year-old bourbons from Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee finished in Mizunara oak casks for 18 months. A rare oak harvested under strict regulation by the Japanese government, Mizunara is revered within the world of whiskey as a maturating cask, imparting notes of sandalwood, coconut, and herbal spice. Bottled at a cask strength of 58.21% ABV
