Spellbound Brewing Description
Based on the success of our "All Together" Hazy IPA we decided to make our second beer in the same style. We took the hop profile from our Major Nelson Pale and created something entirely new. Major Nelson IPA is a new grain bill with more flaked oats and a ton more hops than any beer we have made before. We dry hop it with over 4lbs/barrel of Nelson Sauvin, Citra, and Mosaic hops. Tropical, citrusy and juicy hops with no hop bitterness all in balance. Major Nelson IPA is a limited seasonal with only 100 cases available. 6% ABV.
