Saranac Brewery Description
Clouded dream is brewed in the Hazy IPA style; reduced bitterness, higher fruity hop character from use of Citra, Mosaic, and Galaxy hops that are added twice during dry hopping. We use a special fruity ale yeast. Body of the beer is softer and more drinkable than typical Legacy type IPA. We wanted this beer to appeal to the IPA drinker and people who normally say they don’t like IPA’s. Should see some fruity-tropical notes of mango, pineapple, and citrus. Hoppy, but not overwhelmingly so.
