Single Cask Nation Description
Single grain Highland Scotch whisky distilled at Invergordon Distillery, selected and bottled by Single Cask Nation. Single cask distilled in February of 1988 and aged over 34 years in a refill sherry hogshead; bottled in October 2022. Delicate florality on the nose gives way to brown sugar, fresh pastry, dried apricots, and walnuts. The silky palate speaks of dried vanilla custard, dried orange peel, golden raisin, and ripe honeydew with a pleasantly dry finish of toasted walnut and dark chocolate. 240 bottles produced. No added coloring. Non-chill filtered; 47.4% ABV
