Long Island Spirits was founded in rustic North Fork, Long Island in 2007, in the heart of acclaimed “wine country,” as only the 100th distilled spirits plant in the United States.A full farm-to-bottle distillery, surrounded by century-old farms and nearly 70 wineries. Their grains are local and estate-grown, sourced for distilling which guarantees the freshest field corn, winter rye, potatoes, and malted barley.
