Our latest Canal's Family Selection comes from our friends at Clyde May! Our CFS Series 22, Chapter 3 pick from Clyde May's is Barrel No. 635 which was barreled on February 3, 2017 and comes in at 102 proof.
A perfect fall pour! The nose is full of apple orchard scents and a hint of spice. Baking spices are strong on the pallet: nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla and light fruit Oak hints are a nice undertone that rounds out the flavor. Lingering finish of oak, ripe fruit, and vanilla scones.
