Oak Lynn is a mixed culture saison fermented and matured in our American foeder. Brewed with the same Rabbit Hill Malthouse grist as its sibling, Lynn, this variant has bright notes of lemon verbena, tangerine, grapefruit zest, soft vanilla, dusty oak, and a deeper acidic, zippy finish. 4.7%
